SITE & VENUE DESIGN
Working with the latest CAD software we can turn your vision into practical layouts for outdoor venues, greenfield sites and other event spaces.
Detailed CAD planning enables you to communicate your event to Local Authorities and other interested parties, ensures efficient planning of hired in infrastructure and enables accurate marking out of spaces when it comes to delivery of your event on the ground.
SITE MANAGEMENT
Once all the planning is taken care of, you need safe hands on the ground to ensure everything goes to plan. We think this is the best part of the job.
We take care of running the event site from the beginning of the build, through the event itself and until the last vehicle leaves. We accurately replicate CAD plans on the ground, brief contractors and ensure safe working practices are adhered to. Regular progress monitoring allows us to anticipate issues which may threaten the schedule and we act to prevent delays.

PRODUCTION AND PROJECT MANAGAMENT
We'll work with you and your event partners to develop detailed plans for the running of your event, taking the pressure off you.
We can develop budgets, manage procurement of all infrastructure and technical equipment and liaise with stakeholders, as well as taking care of all the necessary safety elements.
We work transparently with many trusted suppliers in the industry to ensure we deliver best value for your project.
LOCAL AUTHORITY LIAISON
We are experienced in dealing with local authorities in the licensing, planning and delivery of events.
We work with partners in the industry to develop thorough and effective event management plans and work with local authorities to ensure operational plans are agreed in advance and then delivered on the ground.

Alastair Pickard has over fifteen years of experience planning and delivering a wide range of events. This experience ranges from ice rinks and exhibitions, through outdoor concerts and festivals to theatre shows and conferences.
